We're what you'd call a grass-roots hospo group.
We've worked in and ran every shop in our portfolio, and our corporate team is made up of experienced and hands-on hospo pros.   

THE ROGUE RENNARD

2012

We opened a small specialty-coffee focused cafe in Paddington.

REmy's

2014

Given the lack of nightlife in the area, we transitioned The Rogue Rennard into an all-day 'diner' of sorts.

HAI HAI RAMEN

2016

With Chefs who had run restaurants in Japan and our own love of ramen, Hai Hai's iconic "Noodzilla" lit up Latrobe Terrace with lines out the door.

Not strictly Italian, not strictly New York, we took the best of both iconic pizza styles and made our perfect crust for this little laneway pizza shop.
